I have been a healthcare provider for over 30 years. I began my journey as a certified athletic trainer working with athletes from youth to adult, recreational to competitive/professional level. Shortly after getting married and having 2 boys and being married to a high school coach I returned to school to become a physical therapist. I have been a PT for over 26 years working with a variety of patients in multiple settings. My training in women’s health began in PT school and advanced with numerous continuing education courses over the last 25 years. When I began this journey, no one talked about these issues…but we all should.
